This is not your typical Embassy Suites! An upscale tropical décor resonates throughout the property with a slew of recreational amenities and facilities to utilize during your stay. A full-service spa, a kid's club, a state-of-the art fitness center, an oceanfront pool and so much more are just some highlights of this resort. All of the guest rooms are set up as suites with the bedroom separate from the living room. Your room is steeped in a calming ambience complete with dark wood tones, flat-panel televisions, upscale bedding packages, granite counters, two bathrooms and ample space to roam about. All rooms are equipped with a balcony, although some are smaller than others and with varying views. The ocean is just steps from the back of the lobby and serves as the perfect backdrop to your vacation. If you find time for fitness then head on over to the hotel gym. You'll find free weights, machine weights and ample cardiovascular equipment to aid in a complete workout. A private business center with multiple stations affords you the opportunity to catch up on emails and other web browsing activities. The spa is the ideal place to spend the day, however. You can get massages, hair treatments, manicures and pedicures here! Cons: first we got to a hotel that is on roofing construction, very loud noise thru out and on Monday at 7 am construction worker were back with their loud construction site, restaurant understaff not acceptable for a long weekend the line for the line cook was about 40 feet long buffet servings such as bacon, sausage, scramble eggs grits, plates and silverwear on the three breakfast that we spend in this hotel two days not enough food in the buffet for the amount of people staying at the hotel, when I spoke to the restaurant manager she replied they were understaff I just look at her and reply (REALLY) we are paying guest nothing has been giving to us for free and you as a property manager should at all times should have a second plan and for those employees that did not show up to work if they don't bring a note from a doctor or a hospital just FIRE them and that will teach a lesson to your other employees, why should we pay for a restaurant manager that cant handle their duties Hope that something will be done about this for your future guest that have trust your site Im a property manager for a marina restaurant and office bldg., and these things do not happen in my property, customers, tenants and guest always deserve the best, oh, the hotel manager when I brought this to her attention she reply that the restaurant is separate from the hotel, not so if you sell a package to a guest you are still much involve in what goes on in your property because those unhappy guest will not come back SIMPLE
