Pros: The shuttle service was efficient and convenient. The location was also perfect. A main bus terminal was just around the corner and the shuttle takes you to anywhere within a mile.
Cons: There was construction going on and we were not advised before hand. The lobby was a mess and since we suffer from allergies it was unbearable to be at the front desk. There was also noise disturbance from the construction. We also had to switch rooms because neither the safe nor the ac was working in our room.

Pros: Complimentary no-frills breakfast was absolutely adequate and filled us for the day ahead. We had a remodelled room which had good facilities and tastefully decorated.
Cons: Layout of food in breakfast area was cluttered but to be fair that was possibly down to the major renovation underway. The safe was not a good size nor was it in a good place. (Room 808)

Pros: The bed linen was good quality, bathroom and all other areas was very clean would definitely stay again!
Cons: There was building work going inside the hotel between 9 and 6pm this didn't effect us as we were out all day but it would have if we stayed in. However I'm sure once this is finished the hotel will be even nicer!
