Two employees hurriedly cleared out the breakfast room beginning twenty minutes before the posted closing time. We were charged for the "free shuttle" from the airport. When I pointed out to an employee that the hotel website said the shuttle was free and that I was incorrectly charged on my credit card, she refused to budge and only confirmed that the web site had not been updated.
Pros: Hotel is located a short walk from a modern shopping center and close to the airport and cruise terminal.
Cons: The room was small with an abundance of walls breaking it up into small spaces. The tiny bathroom's shower hadn't been cleaned, as evidenced by the build-up of black mold on the grout. The door barely cleared the toilet or anyone in the bathroom.

Pros: We booked because of a very early flight and its proximity to FLL airport. Staff was PHENOMENAL-I had accidentally taken my mom's car keys and they mailed them back to her for me! Made what could have been a stressful last night very relaxing.
Cons: Only that airport shuttle began too late for us, but that is not a big issue when we had to leave at 5:45am-Uber was right there and very inexpensive.

Pros: This hotel is close to the cruise port. Free prompt airport pickup and drop offs. Shuttle to cruise port costs $10 per person. Very good complementary breakfast. Ability to accommodate a family of 5 in one room (2 queen beds and a pullout couch). Cheaper than renting 2 rooms.
Cons: They did not have my reservation on their system! They did not have a record of my previous stay at this hotel. Hot water was too cold for tea.

Pros: The location was very convenient for the cruise terminal and the transport to the terminal was very well organised. If we weren't going to the terminal it would have been along way from town itself. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.

It could of been worst!
Pros: This was so far the best breakfast bar. I slept on the sofa bed it felt wore out. Time for a new mattress. Our first room was a nice size for me and my two adult children. We had ants on the sink area of the kitchenette and above my sons bed, and the tub had standing water when we showered. I reported to the morning manager, she said they will get on it and have it taking care of when we leave for our outing. She did gave us four commentary passes for two drinks and two appetizers. We got back later that evening is wasn't done so the evening manager gave us another room. I didn't want to move but she didn't want us to stay in the room in that condition. So we move to room 419 is was smaller then the room we had before, very inconvenient but we managed, it was our last night. Overall all the staff was friendly, polite, smiling and helpful. I love the curb appeal the whole outside and inside decor. My children don't want to come back to this hotel because of the smaller room.
Cons: The ants around the sleeping area and the eating area was dirty from the previous customers and the commodities hadn't been wipe off. Our first morning we had a place to empty our scraps but the next day we didn't.
