This is the perfect getaway spot for my family. Spacious rooms, a spa, planned activities and even a lazy river.
AAA Inspector Notes
This hotel replicates a slice of old Florida. On the ocean and away from the hoopla of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this resort retains a somewhat upscale appeal while maintaining a comfortable casualness. Upon entering the lobby you are immediately struck with breathtaking views of the ocean. The lobby extends to an outdoor covered veranda that overlooks the beach. There are rocking chairs lined up and down the deck, which is the ideal place to have your morning coffee or spend an afternoon reading a book. The kids will play all day in the pool, float down the lazy river (the only one in Fort Lauderdale, I might add) and build sandcastles on the beach while you get your massage in the spa! The guest room sizes do vary however most are very spacious and feature warm colors, upscale bedding packages and light wood tone furnishings.
Smoke free premises. 156 units. 12 stories, exterior corridors.
