The hotel is nice, but this did not provide a "Westin value." The hotel has MANDATORY valet parking...at $40 PER DAY and then has a $30 per day resort fee. The resort fee supposedly covers the internet, use of the pool and fitness center (which I would have assumed is included based on the per night price) and "complimentary" water. Although I'm not sure hot complimentary anything is when you have to pay for it. The restaurant in the lobby had bad service as well. My wife and I went to get two drinks and a slice of cheesecake at the hotel bar. The cheesecake never came and the host refused to help us get the cake removed from our bill. Finally the bartender came back over to our side of the bar (where another couple was also sitting and had the same experience) and took care of removing the cheesecake from our bill. Again the hotel itself was nice, but $40 per day for mandatory valet service PLUS a resort fee put us out an additional $350 before we even stepped foot in our room. Don't let the overall experience score mislead you, I would not recommend staying here, as there are other hotels with equally good locations, as well as boutique hotels (including the North Beach Hotel) in the area that would provide better value.
Pros: Location to the beach. Pool was nice as well.
Cons: Additional high costs and not great customer service. Don't think there was enough value.

Pros: The location is right on the beach. Uber friendly location.
Cons: Resort fees are high. The parking fee is also pricey. If you can leave the car at home. They have bikes for free and Uber is super cheap. Very Nice Resort otherwise.

Pros: The location was great. It had easy beach access and it was close to restaurants. We had a view of the harbor and it was pretty amazing.
Cons: They gave my boyfriend and I two double beds instead of a king bed. It was a pain to change rooms and we had to call them three times to move us. We also did not know Valet parking was the only option at $36 per night.

Pros: The below comment really ruined this experience. The hotel was very nice.
Cons: Please inform your customers that there is an additional $36 fee to park and another $35 mandatory convenience charge. I would not have selected this hotel if these fees were properly disclosed. I ferl this is a "bait and switch" tactic.
