Established in 1993, this esteemed eatery has often been recognized as one of the top Mexican restaurants in the United States. Guests will not find chimichangas, chips and salsa, tacos or burritos on the menu here. What can be found are high-quality ingredients and items such as, organic produce, sashimi-grade tuna, Key West yellowtail snapper, imported cheeses, swordfish, Colorado rack of lamb, Long Island duckling and blue crab. The ceviche is an excellent starter as it is light and will cleanse your palate before the entrée arrives. Seafood is a Florida specialty. Therefore, I recommend an entrée from our local waters. But, you honestly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The dining room ambience features a soft and dark décor with dim lighting setting the mood for romance. The staff has been here for years and will guide you in an exploratory journey through the art of Mexican fine dining.
