AAA Inspector Notes
This hip eatery stands as a local favorite. The menu is fairly expansive with traditional Thai dishes, sushi and sashimi selections, ceviche and creatively mastered entrées. Of course, pad thai, curries, noodle dishes and fried rice are featured. The chef has some creatively named dishes such as the "Little Mermaid," "Unbelievable Salmon," "Memorable Mignon" and "Girl's Night Out." I had the "Unbelievable Salmon" and it lived up to its name. Start with "Money Bags"—called that because they actually look like little money bags. The dipping sauce complements it perfectly and is a great starter as it is light and easy to share. If you're in the mood for sushi, try Wilton Manor's roll. The dining room is small and could be cramped at times when it is busy, but the patio provides some added space and is an ideal spot to eat on a nice day or night. Lunch is served throughout the week.
