Gulf Breeze Zoo

Gulf Breeze Zoo, 8 mi. e. on US 98 at 5701 Gulf Breeze Pkwy., is home to more than 700 animals and 400 different species in naturalistic habitats. Highlights of the 50-acre zoo include a kangaroo exhibit, chimpanzee and gorilla islands, a children's petting zoo, a giraffe feeding station and interactive animal encounters every hour. Visitors ride the Safari Line train through a 20-acre wildlife preserve featuring free-roaming animals, including antelope, deer, hippos and zebras.
