Pros: Everything was perfect really. Loved the very comfortable bed and room, the delicious and fresh breakfast, the location and the restaurant right on the beach. And that there was a washing machine and dryer on site. This place is a gem! Plus the valet was efficient and very nice.
Cons: The night light in the bathroom that I couldn't turn off. The bathroom door being glass, it was lighting the bedroom too much. I like a dark bedroom :) I found a way to put a towel on it, so no big deal.

Pros: Liked the ocean view.
Cons: Hated the sink in the bathroom...makes for a very messy experience...water splashes everywhere, sets to high on sink and drained very very slowly. Shower floor was dirty & had to clean it myself. Beds way too soft, hurt our backs. A lot of dampness in the room that made our clothes feel damp.

Cons: our first room had a HORRIBLE view so we upgraded to anoceanfront suberb view full moon and all

Pros: Kitchen was excellent - I had the lobster salad and the Asian shrimp salad wait staff by the pool couldn't have been more pleasant and very attentive steve taking care of the beach equipment is wonderful - and was able to get back to me my lost CC which had fallen out of my pocket Also - my original room (B218 I think) the cleaning staff retrieved and brought to my new room my cell phone charger - much appreciated ! I love having clean fresh towels every day
Cons: Unless there was no other room available - assigning me to the corner room with the extra AC blowing on the terrace should have been doublechecked and avoided Must add though the room switch was done cheerfully I wasn't aware the $25 additional charge daily was not optional at the time I booked the room - although after staying in the hotel I would not hesitate to use the hotel again.

Pros: Liked the room and the restaurant was great.
Cons: The resort fee 25.00 was supposed to pay for the media room which the computers didn't work half the time, it was to include 2 chairs we had to get those ourselves because no one was out there on Tuesday. Main problem I have is that I was charged a fee that other hotels give you as part of the service. I also didn't know about the fee when I was booking the room.
