Cons: My room smelled really bad and very dirty . Where you park you car I was afraid it would of gotten broke into. There was some guys in the back that asked me if I want to buy drugs. I then went back to the office and asked for my money back . She said she called her boss and they will call me back. I was afraid for my life. I called a few days later and they would not refund my money. I was very upset. I would not recommend this place to no one .

The mini fridge area looked like it hasn't been wiped down in years ,there was streaks and soap scum on the mirror of the Jacuzzi not to mention the dirty towels. The housekeeping staff does this hotel a disservice

Cons: The room I was given was very noisy. The room was on the end of the building, closest to the major roadway that the property was on. I voiced concern of this when I checked in and was told that this area of the hotel was among the quietest.
The water temperature in the sink was hot, however; the water temperature in the shower did not get above warm. I mentioned this to the front desk upon check-out.

Cons: the room was very small the toilet was right next to the tub in the shower my 6 ft 5 inch husband could barely fit in it because the space was so cramped. when asked for another room they said sorry that's how the rooms are. the parking lot felt very unsafe to park our car in. the cleaning staff came into your room although you left a no disturb sign and claimed the wind blew it off. it was right next to a busy street and very noisy. the cleaning staff spoke only Spanish so I had to get a translator to get a towel or do hand gestures. i never ate there , wasn't enough room to sit. the cleaning staff came in and turned off the ac I'm guessing to save money so whenever we got back the room would be hot. the ac vent was right over the sink so before I did my hair or makeup I had to turn the ac off .

Cons: When I arrived at Quality Inn hotel,room 205 had a lot of water in the bathroom floor and it had a strong smell inside. I requested for a king size bed,the room she gave me had two queen beds. I went back to the front desk to report the room to the front desk lady and she gave me another room which was 220. when I got in the room the TV wasn't working and I made another trip down stairs again, I wasn't happy at all because of that. It shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and I had a great jacuzzi tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was good. Nice garden on the front.
Cons: The automatic air freshener that was noisy, smelled like a gas station lavatory, and irritated my eyes. I had it turned off one day but they turned it on again although with less frequent spraying. One daily spritz would be enough. Could use a scent with less ammonia smell.
The TV did not work. It went off after 10 minutes of viewing. Could turn it back on but went off again every ten minutes, then every five. Annoying. Finally gave up. It should be replaced.

Pros: Older but clean hotel. When we booked it said pool. Pool was down for maintenance. We asked about restaurants nearby. Only one. Was packed and we had to wait for a table. Shuttle wasn't available to pick us up at the hotel for at least an hr. Would stay again for the awesome staff but not at that price. Paid over $200.00. Should be about $89.00

Pros: The bed was comfortable, we were close to a location where we could walk to get a meal.
Cons: We stayed at this hotel because it was only 8 miles from Proplayer stadium. The cost of a shuttle was way to high, we hired a taxi for a reasonable cost and were told it would be easy to get a taxi back but no taxi's would take us to our location.
We had booked this location because it advertised shuttles to the airport. We did not realize that this hotel was closer to the Fort Lauderdale airport than the Miami Airport. We were willing to pay the price we were told. However the staff member that booked our shuttle put in a wrong code and the shuttle went to a different location and would not come back to get us requiring us to find a different method of transportation to the airport and making us late arriving at the airport.
