AAA Inspector Notes
Named after the huge oak tree where the leaders of the Seminole tribe would gather, the Hard Rock branded its finest restaurant after that significant tradition and monument. Set just off of the bustle of the hotel's casino floor, the dining room here is surprisingly serene and tranquil. Rich woods, exotic fabrics, dim lighting and high-end textiles aid in illustrating an intimate ambience. The dining room extends to a patio section, which might be the best place to eat on a typical Florida evening. The menu is steeped in refinement with selections such as foie gras, veal, lamb chops, Australian Wagyu steaks, Chilean sea bass, South African lobster tail, caviar, escargot and Alaskan king crab leg. All steaks, which are dry-aged for 21 days before being served, are hand-cut in the butcher shop at the front of the restaurant. Service is carried out in a flawless execution. Don't just come here for a meal; come for an experience in culinary amazement.
