A quaint dining room and side screened-in porch create a Florida Keys setting especially with a menu lined with local fish—hog fish, yellow tail, mangrove snapper, golden tile fish and triple tail are some of the more than one dozen varieties offered. Diners can choose from several preparation styles such as the ambassador, prepared with crab meat and shiitake mushrooms. For those whose tastes are swimming in another direction try the roast Long Island duck or prime New York steak.
