Pros: Location of sofa and desk - space in bathroom, and the extra perks of ironing board and iron in closet.
Cons: The staff in the dining/snack area. The girl who took our breakfast order did not smile once. When I asked if sugar free syrup was available for the French toast I ordered, she snapped back " no , we have one kind of syrup here". Not a good answer for people with diabetes. Then an older blonde lady was walking around taking plates. She grabbed ours without a smile, hello, or more importantly "are you finished?" Hate to complain, food was good and we love staying at Marriott resorts and hotels. This was the only thing that we didn't find satisfactory or up to Marriott's usual standards!

Pros: Staff! Great customer service by front desk (Friday, Aug. 5 @ 2:30 pm)staff! She was able to meet our weird requests (specific side of the room for bathroom, near elevator, top floor. Very clean, well maintained, good location, comfortable, modern.
Cons: My only complaint is the soft water - I know it's good for the plumbing, but is slimy feeling on my skin and takes 2-3x longer to shower to feel like the soap is removed adequately.

Pros: Nice Hotel clean and close to I-295. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Shower heads need to be replaced, had poor pressure.
family with older children
Pros: Overall everything.
Cons: The staff at check in desk didn't know the check in system. We were there for a family reunion everyone was quoted different prices and everyone had to dispute prices given. For instance I was supposed to pay $235.00 for 2 nights however upon arriving at front desk I was I was told $345.00 I asked them how did they come up with this price they basically couldn't tell me. At the end of the day I only paid $235.00 due to me and many others disputing hotel staff.

Pros: The location was great! Plenty of shops near by with quick access to the interstate. Everything we needed was less than 15 minutes away, even a quick trip tot he beach to watch the sunrise one morning. The lounge was great as were the pool/hot tub area!
