AAA Inspector Notes
This is now one of the best full service hotels in the immediate area. The guest rooms have a spacious, suite style floor plan including a wet bar area. The king bed units feature a walk in shower. All the 7th floor guest rooms feature a balcony. If you like high ceilings, like I do, then reserve a room on the first floor of the south tower. Those guests that book a premium category room can expect an upscale coffee maker and a welcome tray of snacks. While the first tier wi-fi access is complimentary if you need faster speed and more band width there is a second tier available for a nominal cost. The full buffet breakfast served every monring, just off the lobby, is as popular as ever. Join the staff for snacks, drinks and cocktails each early evening during the lobby social hour. The fitness room has all up-to-date equipment equipment and is open 24 hours a day. The indoor pool area is open from 6 am to 11 pm with a dedicated adults only hour from 10 pm to 11 pm. Smoke free premises. 277 units. 4-7 stories, interior corridors.

Very Good
Family with Young Children
Pros: The front desk staff was awesome about getting us checked in. The young lady cleaning the tables at breakfast did a great job.
Cons: The fact that day 2 of my stay the house keeper didn't changed the linen because the chocolate my Grandson put on it was still there. We also ran out of toilet paper.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: the location of the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was great.
Cons: I was not able to close the drapes.I had to rubber band the two together to keep someone from looking in. I was on the first floor an noise level was very loud.
Family with Young Children
Pros: The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I was out done with the social hour that was a surprise to me ever though I've stayed at other hotels such as the Marriott I've never experienced social hour.
Cons: This was a get away for my sister and I with our daughters to enjoy a little girls time. The drive was a bit grueling but other than that we enjoyed ourselves completely.
Traveling as Couple
The nightly happy hour, and the morning breakfast was an added plus.
Pros: The staff was incredible. Probably one of the best experiences I have had while traveling. I retired last year after 42 years with a commercial airline, so I know something about hotels.
Cons: NO!

Traveling as Couple
I probably wouldn't stay there again because they single charged me and I still waiting on my money to be refunded.
Pros: I liked how professional it was and how friendly the workers were
Cons: They double charged me for my room and lied about it
