Great stay at the Jacksonville...
Pros: Amazing staff! Everyone was very polite and greeted us left and right! Kelsey was one of the ones I loved! Comfortable room with a great view and was very clean! Breakfast was great! Will stay again!

Pros: the room was very nice and the comfort of the bed was great and we loved that you could go online and watch shows on the tv that's what he liked the most. I love that they had more than enough towels and wash clothes for you to use in your room and that there was also towels down by the pool for you also.
Cons: We had a problem with our toilet if over flowed and water went everywhere in the bathroom all over the floor.

Pros: It was a lil windy so the kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
Cons: My room didn't have a fridge or microwave, I requested 2 beds and got a queen and a roll out cart! The bed spread was dirty. The bathroom had hair on the floors and the counter tops was nasty I had too clean up around me in order for comfort.

Pros: The staff were nice and anticipated any needs we had.
The room was comfortable and large enough for two people, the real reason I chose that particular place.
Upon check- out I was asked if anything could have been done to make my stay better. I really thought about and said no. The question itself was an indication of a genuine concern about my assessment of the stay and a true interest in wanting to make any improvements, if necessary.
Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: We did not receive the breakfast vouchers, as promised to be sent to our room, nor were we advised upon check-in, what the breakfast hours were. Thankfully, we woke up earlier than expected and called the front desk. The nice lady whose name I forgot fixed it.
