From the local photos, prohibition-era rum bar and permanent food truck serving Floribbean cuisine, this concept hotel's design creates a sense of place. The saltwater pool is relaxing. The guest units feature neutral tones along with state-of-the-art televisions, upscale coffee-making facilities and even in-room computer tablets for guests' use. Not only is the hotel pet friendly, they even cater to dog owners by providing an amenity laden "Bark Box" at check in. The premium guest rooms, some with a small patio, face the pool. Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. The movie night was different and cool!
Cons: I chose this location based on being pet friendly, and the "one up" it had versus the other locations which was a Bark Box. I hadn't noticed one in the room, so when I went to the front desk to ask about it, the employee was unaware of this amentity. The employee came to my room with a bag with a handful of biscuits in it and apologized for being unaware of this and not having it. I later came back to ask for the map that showed pet friendly places. Again, the look of confusion said it all. I mainly bring attention to this because the staff should be trained on amenities and features that are offered. First impressions hold a lot of weight when it comes to hospitality and customer service. Also, have the amentities that are stated on the website and bring people in, so they will come back! This is more an issue with management I'm aware, which is why I stated that I liked the customer service because they were friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately they weren't set up for success.

Pros: New and clean hotel, very comfortable room, great client service. They have a bus service to take us to downtown free of charge each half hour.
Cons: The hotel charges US$ 25 as a resort fee. They have a nice pool but it seems that anybody can use the pool and I didn't see any kind of control.
