Pros: The Location was great, as it is the only Hotel with a natural private beach. And at the one end of Duval Street.
Cons: Great room, we stayed there for 5 nights with our kids. But housekeeping was not so good. The Nespresso cups where there the first day, but never refilled. Towels varied in number.. Dirty bedsheets where sometimes reused. We actually had a cockroach in the room, so that might say something about hygiene? And when you tell reception personal about it, they don't care. Restaurant personal was rudely strict about breakfast times, disappointing... We payed a lot and therefor expected more...

Pros:
Cons: Everything that you would associate with a Waldorf Astoria hotel (be warned this is very far from one)!.. from poorly trained staff to broken down lifts. Upon our arrival by car I was told that I cannot deliver my own luggage to our room as guests are not allowed to use the luggage cart. We then waited for 45 minutes to find that it’s still sat outside on the street! Of which I was told “sorry, but you can now take it, if you like”. When checking out of this hotel, I knew that we had some hidden taxes to pay on our bill but a “resort tax” and then to top it all off, being charged 25$ “per night” for hotel car parking when staying at the hotel !! “seriously”

Pros: Perfect location and beautiful beach.
Cons: Beach needed care as seaweed was not cleared regular enough. House keeping did the bare minimum which was not expected for the cost of the hotel.
