family with young children
Pros: Being able to walk over to Disney Springs was awesome...that place was a blast.
Cons: Had to move rooms because the room next door partied every night till 1 in the AM. The hotel did do a nice job of making them be more respectful when I complained

Pros: Location was fantastic , food available was very good ,
Cons: Some of the staff were abrupt , taxi took us to wrong hotel , not your fault but apparently it happens often , had to walk over with all our luggage to correct hotel ! Housekeeping were a little hit and miss !!

Pros: The location was very good! Transportation from hotel to Disney parks and Disney Springs provided by hotel was excellent! The pool was beautiful and the restaurant by the pool was very good. Wished I could have stayed longer!
Cons: I would like to have had a folder in room that provided the SPA information and hours of the restaurant and the hours the pool was opened and closed. Also, better markings to the path and bridge to Downtown Disney.

Pros: The pool area is very family friendly and fun! There are several options for swimming and relaxing. We stayed for 9 days, and one day we rented a pool cabana for $125...well worth it! There were several amenities in the cabana, even a TV. The kids and adults absolutely loved having a place to relax out of the sun. I would recommend booking this in advance, as there are only around 6 cabanas. The hotel location is an easy walk to Disney Springs where there is lots of dining, shopping and entertainment. The restaurant is good for breakfast, but don't rely on the hotel store...lines are always very long and its is super disorganized. Get your snacks/supplies before arriving! The staff that we encountered was very friendly.
Cons: The Housekeeping staff did a nice job cleaning the room, but could get better direction from Management. One day, a Housekeeper showed up to our room and had us on a list to be checking-out, but that was not the case. Often we didn't have enough towels (there were 2 adults. 2 kids and we would have only 2 towels placed in the room). We also were using the pullout couch for the 2 small children, but the one extra blanket in the room had large brown stains in the middle. We asked for a different blanket, and the one brought to us was a VERY old down comforter where the 'down' part had all slid to the sides and was really hard, so it was really like an old sheet. It also had a big hole, so there were pieces of the old 'down' all over the room. We went to the Disney store and bought a blanket. Overall, I would have rated this much better if we hadn't had these issues with linens, it just made a clean room feel dirty.
