Pros: It was a great stay, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful. will stay again if in the area.
Cons: Was put in a handicap room which was fine, very spacious but in the bathroom there was no counter or anything to place any toiletries on or anywhere to place your clothes, not even any hooks. Just a shower, toilet, and sink. And it was a large room.

Cons: First, this is for SpringHill Suites - since the original hotel switched us last minute. They gave us a room with 2 double beds (requested King), one was rock hard and the other was nice and soft. We ended up putting them together.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and within a ten minute drive to the Disney parks. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help you with whatever you needed. The food court on site was a nice perk as well.

Pros: The location was great! It was convenient and only a $10 uber ride away from Disney and from Universal. Breakfast was also really good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.
Cons: The shuttle service is not the best. Not the best timing and limited space in the shuttles. So we actually never used the shuttles while there.

Cons: Although it was a great location, every chain restaurant was expensive. I also didn't like that I was hit with a $6 charge to get tickets for an event delivered there. The type of room I booked, was given away while I had to get a different room.

Pros: My husband and I loved the location of the hotel. Because it's a Disney good neighbor hotel, we were able to buy our tickets right at the desk therefore we could avoid lines once we arrived at the park. Pros: The bed was super comfy! Lovely clean rooms, friendly staff and great amenities.
Cons: Nothing really , the only thing i have is more of a suggestion than a criticism . Breakfast line was a little crazy as many people wanted to use the one waffle machine that made Mickey waffles. Maybe changing the order of how the waffle machines are placed would help with the flow of breakfast traffic.

Breakfast was fantastic, options are great, and very tasty.
Cons: Except for Alijandra from front desk, and Michelle from the breakfast, all other staff were lacking guest service orientation, and had no curtsy... Simon and Justin from front desk were the meanest.
At breakfast, only one Mickey waffle machine was a great disappointment, as all the guests were hoping and lining up for the same leaving the other 3 regular machines un-used...

Pros: We went to Florida on our yearly family vacation. And instead of staying were we usually do. We figured we would try a different brand of hotels. The hotel was easy to get to. And seemed like a fairly same complex. The fountain in the center of the driveway was very nice. And the pool area looked very inviting and nice. Unfortunately the water was super cold. Even after a whole day of sitting in the 90 degree sun. And at one point some middle aged men had their own boom box blaring some very offensive music. Eventually staff shut them down. The hotel was nothing spectacular. The room had a funky smell. And though the breakfast buffet was large and looks like plenty of seating. They food is the same every day and the place gets packed very quick. We had to stand to eat 2 mornings in a row. I would not say this place is bad persey. Just not quite what we expected for the nightly price and also being a Marriott hotel. Beware. There is a $10 per night parking fee. The websites hide this fact but it is true. And they will not nock it off your bill even if you ask. Again it was an ok hotel but nothing spectacular. The staff was very nice and executive staff made our lack of an exciting stay up to us. Nothing bad to say about the staff at all.
