Rooms were recently renovated and look great! Our room smelled like new carpet and fresh paint! Excellent dining options and close to everything!
Pros: Proximity to theme parks. Clean, updated rooms, friendly staff and outstanding dining options. (A+ for Vegan/Vegetarian options)
Cons: Self parking was full both days we were there. Had to valet for $28 per night. (valet attendant told me to park in self park handicap space, which I refused to do). Resort fee is steep especially for guest not using resort amenities. I would rather pay a fee for internet access, which is the only amenity I used. Rooms are rarely ready before 4pm. I stay at this hotel every other month and have never been able to get into a room before 3pm.
family with young children
Pros: Room service was excellent, the Angus burger was some of the best beef I've had. Lots of amenities, 5 or more pools. Beautiful landscape, and scenery. Perfect location for Disney attractions. Overall friendly staff.
Cons: Lee, a active manager was very rude to my fiance. The waterfall grotto is turned off at 5 p.m. so if your doing Disney all day you'll miss it. The cabana bartenders told us they stay open according to business which I don't feel is right even if you are the only paying customer, your still a customer. When we booked our stay, I was beyond excited to stay at this beautiful hotel but was not informed on my dates the lobby was being remodeled. So we dealt with a huge ugly black tarp, and construction. The hotel had a bunch of business meetings, so everywhere you turned you were swarmed by business people meanwhile we are trying to relax on our vacation. The stay was disappointing especially for the amount you pay. We were able to speak with a manager before we checked out, and was told they will make it right for us. Hopefully I can review the hotel in the future with a much more positive experience.
young couple
Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: We didn't know it was not Disney owned so we had to get transportation from hotel last minute. Poor pool service. Our phone did not work.
young couple
Pros: The touristy vibe, the pool, the lights at night, the extravagant Ness of it all
Cons: So expensive but hey its Disney not surprised

Cons: Hidden fees. Car parking. Room service fee everyday. Food was expensive at counter service.
