Named after the four types indigenous Flamingos found in the Americas, the inviting restaurant exudes a lighthearted vibe and offers attentive service. Chef Blais creates unique blends of textures, colors and flavors that delight patrons. Menu selections include ham and cheese croquettas, lobster bucatini and Mojo grilled chicken. Desserts are too good to pass on, so be sure to ask for the dessert menu. I opted for the Cuban Espresso Panna Cotta which is delicious.
