Pros: The location was excellent.
Cons: Poor property management. The supervisor for the cleaning staff does not do their job well. We had to be moved to another room after finding vomit on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was not particularly attentive or apologetic about the matter.

Cons: Checked in @ 3:30, requested 2 queens. Got a king+ rollaway . If I would have known, wouldn’t have checked in so early. Ordered room service breakfast. When called 3 times for silverware, no answer. Wasted money.

Cons: No coffee when you come down in morning. Had to buy it for 2.00 had 3 cups. And then there's top. Stood in line. No fruit or breakfast. Garbage can outside over full. Not untill maintenance was asked to do it. No refrigerator in room. Or microwave in room. Door handle on inside of. Ice maker room broken. 7th floor. Never was told it was a corporate hotel. What does that mean. Less things for guest. I would think you would give. More

Great Stay! Starbucks and Restaurants...
Pros: Bed/Pillows-a dream! The location was PERFECT for walking (idyllic tree lined street with wide sidewalks for walkers, runners and bikers) I saw lots of people out exercising while on my power walk.

Pros: We went to the hotel because her kid Irma took away our power. The staff is very friendly.
Cons: It cost too much for the small accommodations. The hallway smelt like a sewer. The beds were lumpy.

Pros: The location is good and easy to find. I thought the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Cons: The walls aren't as soundproof as I'd like...had to listen to the neighbors blaring tv until midnight. I accidentally bought a Disney tv show for $2.99 (wasn't hard to do, it was one click) The tv tells you keep pushing "menu" to watch tv, but you actually have to scroll up on channel button

Hotel great but dining room...
Pros: Dining room at breakfast time was very under staffed. We were seated and had to wait 15 minutes for coffee. Ordered breakfast and when it finally did arrive it was only moderately warm (eggs). Would stay at hotel again but would not use the dining room.
