AAA Inspector Notes
In an area saturated with restaurants, this one has consistently remained one of the most popular. The menu focuses on fresh, healthy and delicious tasting ingredients with the sushi informally defined as “hi-definition” by patrons. Crisp colors, tantalizing aromas and optimal freshness are why it is referred to as such. The "Hawaiian Roll" was an easy choice for me. It's loaded with salmon and tuna then topped with avocado. The "Tuna Basil Roll" is something different and deserving of a try. The presentation alone is worthy of a picture as it looks like Pablo Picasso used a plate as his canvas. If sushi isn't your forte for today then you'll find the traditional Japanese favorites to tame your hunger pangs. Teriyaki dishes, curry selections, noodle bowls and cashew chicken are popular choices. The atmosphere is ideal for any occasion: date night, happy hour with friends, business luncheon or even a family meal (there is a children's menu available). The décor is vibrant, which reflects into the overall ambience. The restaurant is only open for dinner on the weekends.
