This spot is old-fashioned in all the right ways. The homemade pasta dishes are wonderful and the setting feels like dining at "Nonna's" house.
AAA Inspector Notes
Old Florida meets Old School Italian at this 30 year favorite set in a former home with terraced gardens overlooking a lake. Start with the antipasto bar which offers marinated vegetables, cheeses, seafood, cured meats, and more. Homemade pastas; such as Bucatini alla Enzo (pasta with prosciutto, peas, bacon, mushrooms and parmesan) and Ravioli della Casa (stuffed with ricotta, chicken and spinach in tomato sauce) burst with flavor. Short ribs and classic veal scallopine are hearty favorites. Be sure to save time to stroll the gardens and view the sunset over the lake.
