If available, the bison tartare is absolutely amazing, as it just about melts in your mouth! Dish presentation is practically an explosion of art. The "Choc Eau Late" dessert was simply decadent and an excellent ending to an already wonderful dining experience. Service is cultivated, accomplished and refined.
