I was blown away by the creativeness of the chef as he takes Middle Eastern cuisine to an entirely new level.
AAA Inspector Notes
Historic. After admiring the Art Deco building edifice, which dates back to the 1940s, I stepped inside to discover the resplendent richness of the interior, adorned with gold, copper and silver elements. The menu at Byblos Miami focuses on the culinary traditions of the Middle East, highlighted by imported meats, cheeses and spices. A popular starter is the duck kibbeh. The family-style dining encourages sharing. For a hearty main course, the whole, grilled Cornish hen is ideal. The black cod in truffle sauce has just the right combination of woodsy flavor countered with the creaminess of the flaky fish.
