Since opening the first restaurant in New York City more than 30 years ago, Il Mulino has cultivated a service culture—meaning guests are treated in a regal manner. Now service excellence has been extended to Miami Beach, albeit in a more intimate setting. More than 90 percent of the ingredients are imported from Italy, which ensures an authentic Italian goodness. There are many classic dishes, including house specialty veal preparations like the savory veal Marsala. In addition to at least nine veal dishes from which to choose, the restaurant offers rack of lamb with a Dijon mustard sauce, osso buco with a porcini sauce and a variety of pastas and risottos.
