AAA Inspector Notes
On the very south end of Miami Beach, this restaurant has garnered quite the reputation for its steaks. Fear not though, there are plenty of seafood dishes found throughout the menu as well. All steaks are USDA Prime and dry-aged twenty-one to twenty-eight days, which creates succulent cuts that melt in your mouth! You will find New York strips, filet mignon, rib eye and porterhouse. Colorado rack of lamb, veal and Kobe beef burgers are also crowd favorites, not to mention prime rib Sundays. Seafoods include Chilean sea bass, Big-Eye Hawaiian tuna and a slew of fresh selections from the raw bar. The service doesn't miss a beat due in large part to the large staff that the restaurant carries. The staff are both competent and knowledgeable with food and wine, often creating the perfect pairing for your special night out. The decor helps to create an upscale ambience. Dark woods, brick facades, hardwood floors, dim lighting, fresh flowers and rich fabrics are the norm.
