Other than the temp of the shower everything was great.
Pros: The hotel was very nice! And it was in a great location in "downtown" Miami Lakes, close to lots of great restaurants and a great movie theater. The room was very large with a king sized bed and decent sized bathroom. Everything was clean when I got in
Cons: The only bad thing was the shower was FREEZING cold. No matter how much I fiddled with it, I could not even get it lukewarm. It was also a little loud (not due to street traffic) but due to both guests and employees yelling in the hallway.

Nice location with places to shop. Not to far from the highway.
Pros: The design was nice and the staff were nice
Cons: Our toilet got clogged up and the staff member of the hotel try to hand me a plunger to unclog the toilet myself because he was by himself at the desk. Plus we only got one wash clothes and I had to ask for another one. They need more wash cloths.

He gets a room that he did not want with a King bed for 4 kids,' they gave me a room with 2 beds for me and my other half. what sense did that make. I spoke to the front desk staff and informed him that the couple with 4 kids wanted a room with two beds for their 4 kids you gave them a King. Myself and my Other half (2) people gets a room with 2 beds after the couple with 4 kids was told they only had rooms with King.
Pros: The location
Cons: It took the staff 1 hour and 45 minutes to find a room and check me in. A couple with 4 kids asked room with 2 beds, the staff told him none only King, come back in the morning to get a double. i got room with 1/2 hr later with two beds,
Traveling as Couple
Pros: It's location and the privacy. It was not noisy We also liked the service at the frontdesk.
Cons: When we checked inn we first got one of the rooms at the third floor behind the exit door. We did not like that room at all. It was like you were isolated. Gladly enough we got another room after we express our dissapointment about the first room.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: The room was clean and nicely furnished.
Cons: Lighting motion sensor was outside the bathroom door, so the lights turned off frequently at very inconvenient times.
