Cons: We have taken the 6.30pm stuttle from Airport to Hotel & we forgotto pickup a Delhi Duty Free shop bag with goods of 54 usd on rear driverseat, as we were tired & wanted to checkin early to sleep, as wehave 4 days cruise starting the next day. We assume the staff shouldtake care of your lugguage & return stuff of the customer. We calledthe hotel from the cruise after 2 days, the lost & found team wererude & simply said we have nothing. Not even tried to enquire.Hesimply said"MY answer will remain the SAME". They didnt evencall back to update. We made calls from the Cruise in Sea roamingnetwork for more than 90 Dollar. They kept us waiting on call. Itsdoesnt matter to me this 144 Dolar in total, but dont except suchreponse from The Best Western Group. Also cancelled my next booking inBest western in phily in this trip.
