Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was clean and updated. The hotel was approximately a 5 minute walk from the rail line and less than a 5 minute walk from a grocery store.
Cons: There was no on site parking and you had to pay for valet parking (over $11.00 per day) unless you paid $4.50 per day to park at the rail station if you bought a rail ticket for travel into downtown Miami.

Pros: A very nice hotel 100 feet from the Marriott. They charge $9 for valet parking and the Marriott charges $20. The rooms are newer in the Courtyard.

Pros: The hotel was nice it was newer and clean. The staff was great
Cons: That on booking.com it said that the breakfast was complimentary and when I got there and checked in it said that breakfast was not included on my reservation which I found to be frustrating and misleading. Also the mattress was not comfortable to sleep on I found it hard to sleep on and rest well.

Pros: Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Having one or two free bottle of water in room at arrival would be nice.
Cons: Parking method. i did not like that there was a separate fee for valet parking for hotel guests. parking should be free for guests. and there should be a lesser charge for visitors parking for a few minutes or couple hours.

The hotel was confortsble with...
Pros: The bed dead soft and I love the large TV and the large room.
Cons: I could not use the WiFi on my phone at all. The printer did not work to print my boarding pass.
The sink in the bathroom is too small. Parking fee is a bit pricey.
On Thursday night 8/17 when I got to my room after 11:20 pm, there were no wash clothes at All in the bathroom. I had to call the front desk because apparently there was no room service. At least I did not get an answer. Then, it took so long to get the wash clothes and towel, I litterally walked down to the front desk. When I got there the attendatant informed me that the security guard was on the way up to bring them. I went back up and there he was with four sets of each: wash clothes, towels and hand towels.
I was exhausted and tired and was unable to shower until mid night. And, no!! I did not have the "do not disturb" on the door.
The crew had been in the room because they left two towles: one on the towel rack next to the tub and one under neath the sink. And there were two hand towels placed on the towel rack next to the sink. I was very disappointed and tired. I was surprise you don't use plastic liners in the trash cans; plus, the trash cans are too small.
Lastly, the hallways were hot but I expected that from reading the reviews on the internet as well about the wifi; I thought the problem with the wifi would have been rectified though.

Pros: I liked how spacious the rooms were and how friendly the staff were to me. The place is overall beautiful on the inside in my opinion and the facilities offered are also nice as well.
Cons: I didn't like how they don't offer free breakfast like other high stared hotels such as the hampton inn. The valet was expensive for those who don't have a lot of money and once again not having free parking. Little things like this brings a hotel a long way whether they realize it or not. Also I didn't like how the tv in the room is programmed a certain way not even allowing us to set up our personal belongings such as game systems or other things because of the programming they have.

Pros: Rooms was very comfortable and the colors on the wals are relaxing. You just have to go all the way to the front desk to use the microwave. You are in walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, parks and dadeland mall.Really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: That they make you pay double for your room if you pay cash. They take all your vacation money just to secure the room. So use your credit card.

Pros: Nice location overall; convenient to where we were visiting. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and stores and the regional mall was across the highway. Hotel was clean. Convenient location for using Uber.
Cons: Room was small. A/C unit loud. No fan in the bathroom so it got fogged up when showering. A bit pricey.

Cons: I hate the staff. They don't seem to like any black people their at all.I like that the bartender was nice however. I had issues with a ride and they wasn't nice about it. False advertisement breakfast was said to be include but it wasn't and then they charge to use the phone. No hotel ever charge for phone and kicker is this they never told me anything about a holding fee that on the website or in their fine print until I got into the hotel. I would never ever book their again.

Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dadeland Mall. The newly refurbished rooms are nicely done and of a suitable standard for the price. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in in the area for a similar price this is definitely better than most. Vallet parking is cheaper than many other hotels in the area at $13 per night
Cons: There are no safes in the room for valuables but I have stayed here twice and not had any problems.

Pros: The staff was accommodating to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Loved the section in the lobby where there were tables with their own tvs, really nice and of course, Starbucks.
