Located on the 16th floor of Kimpton Epic Miami, they offer some of the best views in all of downtown Miami. The restaurant garners its name from the oceanic region that supplies all of its seafood, within the United Nations guidelines for sustainable harvest. With subtle color elements mixed with light wood furniture, the restaurant features a crisp setting. The terrace seating may just be the real draw to the restaurant because from here one can take in breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. Service is top-notch with the staff quick to answer any question and provide that perfect wine to go with your meal. Although seafood is the specialty, there are exceptional preparations of other non-seafood centric dishes such as Wagyu New York strip loin and risotto porcini. I favor light desserts, therefore the Key Lime bar with passion fruit foam and coconut sorbet is ideal.
