For those who have never tried Peruvian cuisine, this is the place to experience an incredibly fresh and flavorful meal. The servers do an admirable job guiding diners through the menu. Start off the journey with one of the causas which are potato-based dishes made with chicken, shrimp or octopus. There are more than five types of ceviche and five types of tiraditos which is like sashimi or carpaccio. The rice-inspired dishes are large enough to share. There are some ten types of desserts, some are quite exotic sounding and include soursop fruit crème brûlée, maracuya mousse and meringue made with chirimoya.
