Chef Daniel Boulud offers a distinct, and sometimes unparalleled, knowledge of French cuisine and has gone above and beyond the standard of food excellence in Miami! The menu is decorated with such specialty items as wild snails, pompano, diver scallops, duck confit and quail with foie gras. Lunch, served Monday through Friday, is gourmet casual and caters to a bustling business crowd. The service is executed in a meticulous fashion by a cadre of staff members who are knowledgeable and wise. Three rooms distinctly define the restaurant, all with a different color scheme to fit your mood. Sixteen-foot-high ceilings, elaborate woodwork and wall trim, live plants and floral arrangements, soft lighting and plush seating arrangements set the mood for romance.
