The menu presents Continental cuisine with French, Latin and Mediterranean influences comprising a good portion of the selections offered. Delicacies include foie gras, veal, Alaskan salmon, free-range chicken and Kobe beef. The chef prides himself on providing the freshest seafood and preaches seasonality in respect to the menu items offered. An upscale but soothing aura presides via pristine white fabrics paired with earth tones. You can take in views of the lagoon while basking in the sunshine. Service is carried out through a team approach but never is overbearing.
