The sophisticated restaurant offers an intimate dining experience with service that excels. The open kitchen provides an opportunity for patrons to observe as the staff uses fresh ingredients to prepare delicious appetizers, Prime beef and seafood dishes. The impressive tableside preparation of Caesar salad, steak "Diane" and Bananas (or Peach) Foster is notable. The refreshing assortment of gelato or sorbet ends the meal nicely.
