Seriously great hotel! If you have kids it's hands down the BEST!!! The 100 foot water slide keeps them happy and occupied all day long. Fun activities by the pool as well... if ur an adult w no kids there is a private pool for adults only that I'm sure you will enjoy. The commons spaces were very modern and luxurious, the rooms spacious and modern. Walking distance to the waterside shops and beach.
Pros: Pools, water slide, beach access, modern hotel, great food, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff beautiful property.
Not for couples unless you...
Pros: The bedrooms were a good size, however the sheets did not get changed and in a week the room was not dusted, the carpet was not vacuumed and the floor was not washed
Cons: The adult pool does not have many seats therefore in the whole week we never managed to get a seat. We got splashed and couldn't read because of the noise at the main pool which we likened to butlins as you had to climb over people to get to your seat if you were lucky enough to actually obtain one. There are people hanging over you in the hope you will leave so can grab your seat Spoke to the manager 3 times in the visit, about the room not being clean and the the beds not being made up till nearly 5pm the staff being miserable. The valet not picking up the phone and you are paying some $38 for this. You can self park for $18 a night! The wifi is not strong enough for FaceTime or looking online and you you are paying $28 for that and the pool are where you can never get a seat. The manager finally took $200 off a $2,500 hotel bill but I do t honestly think he cared. There was alway a queue to see him of other people complaining

Pros: Nice quick breakfast cafe for food to go to room or stay and eat. Pleanty of outdoor or indoor seating areas to relax. Nice size rooms! Lovely relaxing lounge chairs in the beach area
Cons: Too small adult pool area! The adult pool area was always full even at 9:30 in the morning! You must have had to reserve it and pay! Not a good idea!
Great week.
Pros: The view, the staff's attitude. The food. Last but not least, the pool and specially the boardwalk to the beach.
