The menu here offers chops, Nebraska dry-aged steaks, seafood and sushi all creatively presented. Choices are hard to make with a menu line up of Kurobuta pork chops, cedar-plank roasted wild salmon and oysters on ice. Their dining room is very elegantly decorated with plush fabrics, floor to ceiling drapery panels, beautiful dark woods. Tables are set for a lovely fine dining experience. Service is attentive and personable from beginning to end.
