With the success of the first location came this one in 2014. Guests can expect long waits during peak dining times, but it will be worth it. White collar crowds love this place for lunch during the week due to its close proximity to many businesses. The menu is extensive and features stacked sandwiches, burgers, sushi rolls and mouth-watering entrées. My recommendations include the smoked snapper and tuna fish sandwich, Argentinean churrasco, paella and the sonyamanders sushi roll. Much of the menu centers around hog snapper, a fish you'll come to love after having it here. The service is on par with the food in that it will not disappoint. The staff is laid back and apt to make suggestions per your mood. Do not be surprised to see your server wearing flip flops and a tank top. The restaurant décor fits the Caribbean theme as aged woods, palm fronds and colorful artwork aid in the design concept. A locally famous happy hour (2 pm to 7 pm) is just another reason to pop in here.
