This sleepy town on the outskirts of Orlando is not known for its innovative restaurants, but this one just might bring a bit more traffic here. The menu has been known to change every month and the owners focus on utilizing locally-grown produce and sustainable seafood. Menu items may include organic venison, jumbo lump crab cakes, artisan cheese, New York strip steak, Maine lobster roll and Kobe beef burgers. There also are more than 150 wines and 50 craft beers to complement the meal. The dining room, although compact, offers a casual atmosphere with a contemporary décor. High-top tables, the bar and patio seating also are available.
