Hotel has good staff and room was clean. Everything worked but has some age. If you're looking for a place to basically have a decent night's sleep then will meet your needs. Pretty basic accommodations. If planning to use free shuttle - be forewarned - it absolutely sucks. Horrible and front desk will only offer insincere apologies. Plan for a taxi if you'd like to get to the airport on time.
Pros: Room very clean and pretty quiet given age and style of hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly.
Cons: Shuttle, shuttle and shuttle....poorly managed and no accountability of front desk management. We waited almost 2 hours after calling at the airport and were given a pretty insincere apology.

Pros: Hot breakfast included, mini-fridge and microwave in room, plenty of parking, pool area and room decor were nicer than I expected.
Cons: Turning left onto Sand Lake was difficult since there was no traffic light. If you are very sensitive to noise, you might not sleep well, but I had no issues.

Pros: The hotel is about 7 mins from the airport and there are many eateries within walking distance.
Cons: I did not like the staff. Although seemingly friendly and welcoming that was not the case. There was ONE washcloth in our room. I called the front desk and the lady said I don't have any. What!???! A hotel without wash cloths??? And breakfast was mediocre

Pros: Location was good. Tough to pull out in traffic. Could never make a left turn against 3 lanes of traffic in front of hotel. Quiet in evening , so we could rest. Trip was for funeral.
Cons: Our bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. We were on the third floor and the shower would fill water to your ankles. Staff did not give us enough towels. Did not speak English so did not understand us. Ice machine never worked on our floor.
