Pros: When the hotel only had a Booking.com reservation for one room instead of the twp for which we had a confirmation, the desk clerk accommodated us nicely and gave us a discount.

Pros: The only redeeming quality was the two women working at the from desk and the man who was working at night they made the stay much more enjoyable they were all very knowledgable and friendly always greeted with a smile and a hello. Even the house keepers were amazing and accommodating. Location was also great. ABSOLUETLY AMAZING FRONT DESK STAFF!! Would stay again only because of them.
Cons: This hotel definitely needed a remodel. The room was dated and room furniture was nicked and scratched. Be careful with the shower if the curtain isn't pulled in right water will get every where. The breakfast was nothing special we actually decided to eat elsewhere during our stay.

Pros: The amount of outlets in the room was quite astonishing. And the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and well kept.
Cons: The ceilings and walls look like they are melting. And the knob on for the water in the shower had a screw loose and the shower head itself had a blockage on several of the settings. The beds were super stiff.
