Can't wait to stay there...
Pros: Daniel at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful
Cons: No dislikes, keep up the great work
Cons: There are not enough space for all customers.
Pros: Friendly staff. Wonderful to our pet
Our Stay at Home2Suites
Pros: Location was ok, plenty of restaurants nearby including a large publix for all your grocery and shopping needs. Only a couple of minutes walk to the I-Ride trolley stop that I would recommend if you want to see International Drive and do some souvenir shopping. The Orlando Premium outlets are also a five minute walk down the street. Hotel itself was lovely, we booked a King Suite which meant we had a kitchen which came in very handy when we were tired after the parks, and for breakfast in the morning where we didn't want to get caught in the crowd downstairs, though you can take breakfast back up to your room as it is a continental breakfast that is provided. Room was clean and staff were great to work with throughout our stay. We had a couple of problems with noise at the pool after 10pm which took a while to get sorted but was eventually dealt with. A problem with the shuttle service which was dealt with. Big Props to both Danny and Diana at reception who helped us with any problems and were so friendly and accommodating. Staff were very helpful in all occasions, and answered any questions we had.
Cons: Unfortunately with some families on our floor, early in the morning there was a lot of kids running up and down the corridor on our level, the walls and floors are quite thin so we had a little trouble sleeping, due to the screaming, shouting and running. Our main dislike was unfortunately the advertised shuttles to Disney, Universal and Islands of Adventure. From reading the information when booking the hotel, it did not detail that the Disney shuttles first stop off at about 4-5 hotels before heading to Epcot. From here you would need to get off the shuttle and either get another Disney bus to the preferred park or the monorail to Magic Kingdom. The timings on these shuttles weren't flexible and there was only two times available (8:40am and 11:40am) this meant if you wanted to get to the parks for opening time that the shuttle option was out as most times we around around 9:20am. The first two times we used the shuttle we got transferred from our own shuttle to a different shuttle at one of the hotel stops which was slightly inconvenient. Only 2 pick-up times at 6PM and 10PM. If you are heading to magic kingdom and want to stay and see the fireworks then the 10PM pick-up time from Epcot is unrealistic. We ended up coming back to Epcot and just booking an Uber back.Unfortunately we had to complain about the Universal & Islands shuttle (which is $16 each Return which we only found out when we got the shuttle timetable) you also need to book this a day in advance. We would not suggest booking this shuttle, it was 20 minutes late picking us up and 45 minutes late (in pouring rain) to pick us up. In fact the bus did not show up in its lane at all! I rang hotel (Diana at reception was very helpful and reassuring) and it was supposedly delayed. We were then told to get on another bus, showed our driver our Shuttle Receipt which shows the name of our hotel at the top and both my friend and I asked him if he was dropping of at Home2Suites and he said yes.
Pros: conveniently located
Cons: wifi poor, housekeeping very poor..they didnt clean our room
