Traveling as Couple

Staff was pleasant, room was above average size and best of all other guests were quiet.
Pros: We stayed there the night before our daughter's UCF graduation and the location is perfect for that event. There are also numerous restaurants nearby.
Cons: It was a little pricey, but I suppose that is understandable considering it was a graduation weekend.

Pros: It was very close to the university and next to a lot of great places to eat.
Cons: When I was packing up to leave I was searching for any socks or clothing i may have dropped and i reached between the bed and nightstand and felt some socks so I pulled them out but they were not mine. They look like they had been there a long time.

Provided a comfortable home base...
Pros: The two bedrooms with doors and separate living/kitchen area provided much needed space for family members to decompress after long days at the city's various attractions. Each room has its own air conditioning unit to adjust to individual liking. Kitchen was functional and clean. The closets were great for a longer stay with open shelving rather than gaving to use musty older wooden drawers. All three rooms have TVs including access to Netflix and Hulu if you have your own account to log in as well as a free movie app - Crackle. HBO is also included. It is located near many restaurants and stores. This is located in the University area which was great as we were near family. It is about a 30-40 minute drive to Disney/Universal and 20-30 minutes to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom was huge, but it had a tiny vanity with a single sink which was a challenge to meet everyone's needs. We pulled a side table from the living room to have additional counter space. Because these are suites with kitchens, the smells of other guests cooking was strong in the hallways, but did not bother us in the room itself. This is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies, I would avoid it.
