With a subdued location at the bottom of a grand staircase in the luxurious hotel lobby, this restaurant offers a refined dining experience all day. Diners are greeted at the entrance before being escorted to a table. The dining room is expansive as the exhibition kitchen serves as the focal point. Copper and gold accents, etched glass pieces, intricate flooring patterns and marble tables help illustrate an upscale décor. The menu boasts high-quality foods from top to bottom. The chef aims to utilize sustainable seafood as well as seasonal produce. In fact, much of the produce that is utilized on the menu is grown on site. If not, local farmers are called upon to provide food in order to provide a refined menu. The breakfast buffet is a big hit with patrons, but an a la carte menu always is available. Steaks, chicken dishes, seafood, sandwiches and salads are the basis of the lunch and dinner menus. Service is swift, efficient and never overbearing.
