This vegan eatery not only showcases food void of any animal products, it also uses local products when possible. A large percentage of the menu is organic. Try the hippie wrap—hummus, sprouts, cucumbers, banana peppers, tomato and lettuce—or the fungus among us—a grilled marinated portobello mushroom with lettuce, tomato, roasted red peppers and veganaise.
