This restaurant offers superb steaks and seafood in Key West-inspired dining rooms. Steaks are Prime and USDA Choice Colorado cuts aged from 4 to 6 weeks and hand-cut daily on the premises. Seafood is nearly as fresh as if you had caught it yourself. Blue crab, Cedar Key middleneck clams, alligator, Cape May scallops, Hawaiian trigger fish and Alaskan salmon all are menu staples.
