When out and about in the area, the iconic hot dog spot offers a quick, tasty meal in a casual atmosphere. Keeps me going the rest of the day.
AAA Inspector Notes
Easily identified from the road by its landmark sign, the small spot sources products directly from Chicago and have been serving up authentic Chicago hot dogs since 1987. Patrons can choose a dog with a chili-cheese combo or they can pile on the sauerkraut. Try the Great Chicago Fire dog topped with mustard, relish, onion, tomato, pickle and hot peppers or select from the extensive hot dog selections. Cap off the meal with an ice cream treat such as a shake or a refreshing rootbeer float.
