The small space is a combination of a quick-serve diner, bakery and kombucha brewery. Kombucha is a fermented tea loaded with probiotics, vitamins, acids and enzymes. There are various flavors to choose from, and they will easily complement your meal. As you can imagine, the menu is chock-full of vegetables and fruit. Tiki tacos and the TLT are popular choices. The TLT is made with tempeh bacon, heirloom tomatoes and arugula on Texas toast! Finish off your meal with one of the many vegan desserts offered.
