Helping to redefine Japanese cuisine in the Orlando area is this chic eatery. The menu is steeped in high-quality foods such as Tanglewood Farms all-natural chicken, wild mushrooms, Wagyu beef, Chilean sea bass, Kurobuta pork, snow crab, eel and Maine lobster. But the sushi is where it is at, in my opinion. The yaki maki is highly recommended, but the list is extensive with differing ingredients used in all selections. For those in the mood for something heartier, try the filet mignon. The restaurant looks as if it was pulled from Las Vegas or South Beach. Various textiles are used to create a striking effect. Metals, stone, etched glass, wood and warm accent lighting aid in the ambience. Hip tunes pump just loud enough to make you bob your head. On a nice day the patio is the ideal spot to enjoy a bite to eat.
